We collect the following information to provide our services:

• Account information: Name, email address, and profile data you provide during registration.
• Soul Profile data: Personality traits, preferences, and responses generated through AI conversations.
• Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, and session data collected via Firebase Analytics.
• Device information: Device type, operating system version, and app version for technical support.

• To create and maintain your Soul Profile
• To calculate compatibility resonance scores between users
• To power AI-driven conversations for personality profiling
• To improve app performance and user experience
• To send service-related notifications (with your permission)

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these limited cases:

• With other users: Your Soul Profile (excluding contact info) is visible to users who scan your QR code. Contact information is only revealed when resonance exceeds 90%.
• Service providers: We use Supabase (database), OpenAI (AI), and Firebase (analytics). These providers are bound by data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your personal information.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update inaccurate information in your profile
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data from within the app (Settings → Delete Account)
• Portability: Request an export of your data

6. Children's Privacy

Her is intended for users aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 17. If we become aware that a child under 17 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

7. Third-Party Services

Her uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Firebase Analytics (Google) – usage analytics
• Supabase – database and authentication
• OpenAI – AI conversation processing
• Sign in with Apple – authentication

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of Her after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
