By downloading or using Her, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Her. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You may not create accounts for others or use another person's account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Her for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the service
• Impersonate other people or entities

4. Soul Profiles and Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using Her, you grant us a limited license to use your Soul Profile data to operate the matching and resonance features of the service.

AI-generated insights about your personality are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes and should not be treated as professional psychological advice.

5. Resonance and Contact Unlock

The resonance score is calculated algorithmically based on Soul Profile data. It is provided as a compatibility indicator only. Her does not guarantee the accuracy of resonance scores or the suitability of any match.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Her and delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Her is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any matches will result in successful relationships.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Her shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Her after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
